Reload Anytime should be selected by default

As a player and viewer of YouTube content, I see SO many people (including myself) click the play button before selecting either Reload Anytime or Commitment mode. I think the former should be selected by default, this kind of thing is the standard in HMI design.

This would be a really tiny change but I think it would clear up some of that confusion and minor annoyance.
