Anyone have a mod that lets me change how raids are calculated?

raid calculation is not "single line", if such mod exists, it will break modded game.

Damn. Hate that the better quality my stuff gets, the harder raids get.

raid calculation and "wealth" factor are related but very different things.

raid calculation is how "points" converted into actual raids.
this is hard part, because mods may add "evil vampires" raid type and you can't modify it easy.
