[1.1.2654] Quest completion rewards 2x bonus goodwill instead of quest reward

I have a quest "shelter for nobles" which upon completion should grant 45 goodwill.  When I complete the quest it says since the average mood of the guests was 61% that I get a bonus of 5 goodwill.  But what I get is an increase of 10 goodwill with this faction instead of the expected 50.  It looks like it applied the bonus goodwill twice instead of quest reward + bonus. Goodwill with this faction goes from 47 to 57 instead of 47 to 97. 

I would attach a save file, but even 7z with ultra compression it is 3.47 MB and it is only allowing me to attach up to 1000 KB.

yes mosttimes the safegames are too large as forum attachments. You need to use an external filehoster and post the link.
