Can we please have a safe method to slaughter tamed boomrats

Burns leading to infections leading to spent medical supplies and downtime....  Just so dumb.

Just zone them in a spot which can't burn then execute them with any ranged weapon.

Looking for a more automated method of execution.  Colonists kill them in melee range.  Hunting works fine though.

With this mod Boomalopes and Boomrats will only explode on death when the killing blow is a gunshot, burn, another explosion or they are otherwise on fire at the time. Melee weapons, medieval ranged weapons and natural causes do not trigger an explosion.
