Industrial age tech?

Is it possible in game/mod to limit all tech to a industrial level technology?

Would be fun to play a ww1 or perhaps eaven napoleonic game.

There are a few, because you arn't the first got that wish.
I used at the past Lord of the Rims - The Third Age, but that didn't got updated to 1.1 yet.
So i can't give you a suggestion.
When noone else know another mods to limit the gameplay (don't forget you need to remove mechanoid and other adv. faction too, and the proper items so you don't get a minigun as quest reward).
Then you should search for medivial mods at the workshop, read the description if someone mention such a mod.

You can search for my custom scenario on steam workshop "Midworld Combat Brigade". It starts you off with a very WWI kind of feel.

You can also use faction control mod to limit the factions to pirates and outlanders.
