Is the new tunneler (or indoorsman) trait appear too much?

Around 3 out of 5 roll of randomize colonist got this trait. Not sure if it just me or what but this trait appear a lot.

I believe the behavior is not about a certain trait, but sometimes  for a while, the game seems to favor pawns with a same trait when generating them. Like the other day my colony was attacked by 18 tribals, I checked everyone because I was looking for a careful shooter, and noticed over half of them had the Lazy trait. So I've been calling that them "The Lazy Tribe" since.

Also, six of my colonists are trigger-happy, from 10th to 16th in joining order, this is just because for a long time really many if not most raiders had this trait.
