[mod Request] Capturing downed Pawns by dragging

Hello,  I'm kinda new here and request some easy(not exactly)mod.

which is ordering capture downed pawns by dragging.

It's like a jecstools mod's finish off order's capturing version.

I tried to make it for myself for a week.

but well... sadly I'm suck at C# and xml modding 

Dose anyone can make this mod for me and other those who the people wants capture and take more prisoners?
