[MOD IDEA/REQUEST] Display Weapons on back while not drafted

The title is pretty much self-explanatory. Simply cosmetic mod yet immersive. When colonist not drafted, their weapon is on their back, while drafted they hold it and there's no weapon on their back, simple.
