Searching for a collaborator

Some days ago I found guide how to make mods for RimWorld, and as a programmer I found this thing is interesting. My programming skills are quite good, but I can't draw normally and I have no ideas. So I'm trying to find someone who can make Vanila-like textures or someone who have any interesting ideas to collaborate with them.
But also I have some things that I don't like, so making mods abouth them are impossible, and this is magic and quality of life mods.
I enjoy:

• Making industrial or medival mods
  
• Making mod together with someone who is REALLY INTERESTED in that
  
  • Making mods with lot's of content or just with some items

I have a good friend who is a great illustrator.

We've been toying with the idea of partnering with a programmer to make some mod ideas we have. Admittedly, her skill is the more important.
