Asking about Scenario Editor, Dev.Mode, Custom Difficulty

Good day or night!

I don't really sure where i should place this topic. General Discussions or Ideas...

I have enjoy with scenario editor and god mode, where still losing is fun. Custom difficulty make me spend more time for planning my own colonial tragedy.

First:
In Scenario Editor missing "delay" which would allow to start pernament toxic fallout after 16 day or join mans in black for the first few days. Now [1.1 - 1.2] in SE can't make more than one same incydent. But is not big deal, Dev.Mode can trigger incydent.

My first qestion is:
Is posible to turn-on and turn-off pernament game condition (e.x. toxic fallout, Sun-off, Aurora) in dev mode (or in/with specific mod)?

And second. What do "Climate cycle" in SE? What change it do?

Second:
In Custom Difficult is some option that i don't exacly understand.

I want a colony that lives by completing quests for the empire. The colonia remains relatively safe between tasks, and does not have to worry about greater threats. And my pawns are strong (and expensive) like God's favorites. So:
I turn off all threats except those from quests.
Quest reward 500%.
Wealth-independet progress mode: 20 yers [becous i like long game and my pawne be expenisve for start. With Planetkiller in 1200 days - Love it.]
I dont know, how set adaptation growth and effect, plus threat scale.

My another ask is:
If i marked only "Quest Threats" this mean, other type threats appear in quest? Adaptation work on this?


I don't remember any more questions. I don't regret any of them. But ofcours - Sory for my inglish. ;) I get better with each post.
