Monument quest with 0x0 dimensions (1.2.2719)

Was playing the game after the new update and got a quest from a knight to build a monument. The monument has no blocks in it. The quest has no associated rewards. I accepted it out of sheer curiosity, and it still gave the monument marker. When I placed it, it instantly finished the quest, which then gave me 15 relations and told me to defend the monument that didn't exist. I have a handful of basic mods installed, but I don't think any of them touch the quest system and all of them say they are compliant with the update. I posted a screenshot below in dev mode.

If you have a saved game before or while this quest was in effect I would appreciate it.

No such luck, I'm afraid. I can give you the current save, where the quest is still in the historical tab, though. The quest is called "The Tremendous Construction". The quest was assigned on the 12th of Jugust, 5501.

THat's an empty save, if you have another.  Also, about how many mods do you have active while playing?
