Manually loaded food or medicine counts correctly.

For example caravan with 10 meals, loaded manually will show load of 10/35, while the same caravan with the same 10 meals loaded automatically will show 2/35.

It allows to pack 35/35 caravan plus unaccounted meals, and leads to immobilisation right after leaving the gate, because unaccounted stuff weight something after all.
