[1.2.2723] Bestowing ceremony always fails

I have a pawn ready to accept Acolyte title.
The throneroom is built, exceeding the title requirements.
Once I click on the bestower "Do bestowing", the quest fails.
This is second time I am trying to obtain the title, first time it also failed (few days ago).
The expected result is to get the title.

The bug is the bestower did not go to the correct room, it assumed the dining room was the throne room, not the actual throne room.  Thank you for the bug report. 

For your play, you can simply uninstall the throne room and reinstall it in the dining room, and uninstall the dining room furniture as a work around.
