[1.2]Plays out of wrong audio output device- linux

I'm on the latest version of the game and audio keeps playing out of my monitor's speakers rather than my headphones, even though my headphones are the default output, and there is no option to manually choose. Please add this to the options or explain how to fix this. Thanks.
