Bug: Raiders either not spawning or are immediatley leaving the map

Hi, simple issue,

Mods: TTW Empires of the rim 1.1 compatible modslist.
I am using the entire modlist here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2014696996

Everytime a raid starts, the raiders immediately leave, or never spawn.

What do?

Hi there, I believe I have your answer. I had this same problem until I disabled Mehni's Misc Modifications. It's shame because it's a nice QoL mod, but there you go.
