NonSteam MOD list for 1.2 PRO HELP

I am just wondering if anyone would be so kind.. Pref someone with a Huge list of mods for the newest version
To post the list of mods that they have so i know what to get... what doesnt conflict etc.. just to help us new people get the full list of mods needed/wanted right away.. Thanks alot.

Humanoid Alien Races(if you wanna add aliens to rimworld)

Usually two mods that give different body textures conflict. Some mods have a description on the mods that they conflict/work with.
Other mods that change the way the game works may also conflict. Personally, I just put them in the mods folder and see if the game loads correctly or not.

Also if you're into R18 stuff then go to Loverslab and search "rimworld". I don't recommend you do but your choice.
