- It's can't block with penox like other diseases
- No upsides like machanite diseases
- Take forever to heal with no timer or progression show
- Storytellers just randomly throw it to your colony and sometimes took more than half of your colonists

To sum it up, it's suck. Sorry for the rant but I just lost my colony due to this muscle parasite that took 6 of my 11 colonists. It's happen right just after I accept the Signal quest. So, I only have 2-3 days to prepare for a 3 continuous bandit raid. The raid is  2 siege and 1 sapper. it took one whole day for this to end and my colonist are in very bad shape. However, Randy decide to drop pod another Mechanoid raid to finish me off on the next day.

The parasite make my colonist too weak, slow, tired and pain. It's impossible to defend with them. Hope I will get good on the next one  :-\

Yes, muscles parasites is too crippling. Its by far the most dangerous disease in this game.  Try to store some go juice and wake up for occasions such as these. If you have a good medic and glitter world the disease will be gone in just a few days (up to ~6 if you grab really good tending).

Concur, too crippling, affects too many people at once, and has no cure progress indicator.
