limit weapon Stuff by faction or pawn.

does any one know if there's away to limit a weapons stuff in faction or pawn defs, as is a tribal warrior can spawn with a plasteel spear. the only way i know of atm is to limit what the weapon can be made of.

stuff defs do not have "tech  level" only rarity and market price, you can check it on your own by opening Items_Resource_Stuff.xml

you will need to make low tier variants of all weapons with custom stuff category.
