Finally got around to making this.  Always need a new game challenge.
Enemies never let you know that they are coming. 
So no warnings or slowdowns until engagement. 
Works with all storytellers. 
Just adds 2 incidents to the big threat incident tag.

A patch to make all enemy raids and manhunter packs have no notification.

Added a patch mod so all enemy raids and manhunter packs are silent now.  Don't die now.

Best combined with the "real fog of war" mod. Place those watchtowers/cameras around or suffer :D
