Beer and ambrosia to injuried animals

Hi, I got some tamed cows and donkeys injuried after a fight with external.

They are now resting at their spot, however I do not understand why they have been feeding with beer and ambrosia, instead of hay which I stored in tons just for them.

Animals love beer & ambrosia. Zones, built and zone separate animal shelters, where you don't store drugs or human meals.
