Hi,
the error about Allow Tool is untypical. Maybe resulted that it at the last position and another mod patch it too. Try to move it on top behind HAR.

The 3 "Could not resolve cross-reference to " can't be identify from the log.
You should do a search for "BTextiles", "CabinFever" at Mods folder to identify the mod. The 3. error named Bulk, that is a common word and wouldn't give a clear result.
Better you activate mods next time at small batches, so you can identify mods early when they throw out errors.

"[AllowTool][ERR] Command_GizmoOnGUI infix could not be applied."
could be ignored.

[BetterLoading] Exception occurred processing mod finalize events!
No idea, you can ask the mod author about it. But since BetterLoading do nothing about the gameplay i would ignore it.

Personaly i wouldn't use RIMMSAssemble, unless i got problems with some mods to run without RIMMSAssemble.

Couldn't really find what you mentioned, using Steam for mods. My game seems to be running without issue anyway..so far
