change existing button

Hi!
Could you please help me with another problem.
I want to change mechanic (and texture too) of Harvest button for plant. But only for one plant (I override Plant class for this). How can I do this ?
Maybe I need just hide Harvest button and create own button? I know how to create new button, but how to hide existing?
