Mod Allow Tool <packageId> (UnlimitedHugs.AllowTool_copy) is not in valid format.

And all other further "is not in valid format" you either have the wrong mod version installed, or something is wrong with the mod installation.
At last Allow tool got the right format, not sure about the other mods.
I think you manualy installed all mods, i suggest to delete the complete Mods folder, so you get right of all old mods and possible old version files.

and maybe use RimPy als modmanger and downloader for Workshop mods.
(You don't need that if you use Steam).

if you arn't a modder that is pretty pointless for you.

About the XML errors,
it is maybe Door Curtains, because thats the only door mod i saw and the opening speed at the error msg. is pretty high that maybe for these Curtains.
But at the mod discussion, noone mention something about errors.

You should check at first your mod installation, if you use steam (even when i don't saw any steam dir's) unsubscribe/subscribe the mods or delete the folder where steam store the mod before they get copied to Mods.
There are too many packageId error's, so there is something weired.

damn... very good. i am using steam. but it is odd that this did not appear until about 2 days after my last mod add. but thank you very much!....this should be interesting
