What happened to Kolra's Oni Race Mod?

It's that one race that adds red, green, and blue oni humanoid races. It seems to have disappeared from the steam workshop and I found no results from searching here. Now I can only find it in that mod catalogue Skymods. I don't think it has updated to 1.1/1.2 (though I hope it will update) but, anyone know what happened to it?
