History/Journal mod?

Howdy, y'all!

I know there used to be an external tool for accessing the history log more easily, and filtering it and such, in case you want to create a journal or what have you.

Unfortunately, I no longer HAVE the tool, and I can't remember what it was called.  Does anyone here remember the tool I'm talking about?
