I checked both steam and the forum but I could not find a mod which allows to make iglo by using ice or snow for extreme cold biomes.
making this type of mod can be useful
just posting an idea

Iglo's like tent's from another mod wouldn't happen.
But there are serveral mod's that allow you to gather ice/snow as resource and let you build wall's out of them.
