Yes, everything is 1.2 or compatible with it. 1.2 came out well before I last played.

Getting 2 walls of red. I can make some of one go away if delete the Springhare race, Rimcraft races, and Cribby's Avian race, but I have no idea what to do about the other wall about various race's weapon prices.

Report it to the mod author, he is the only one who can/should fix it.

But it is your choise if you keep using that mod or not, It can be that when comes a raid with that race they don't spawn at all or barehanded.

QuoteCould not resolve cross-reference to Verse.PawnKindDef named WoWTauren
looks like there is a missing mod, or wrong load order.
Try the auto sort, and maybe look inside Rimworld at the Mods window, if you see something red. I mention this since you use RimPy database and prolly use RimPy to adjust the modlist.

and what mod would that be?

Rimworlds logs seem to amount to "Something Wrong! Make Things Not Wrong!" the only reason I know about the races is from their names in the error, no idea what the other one is.

Mod window has no complaints.

Yep you are right the error messages arn't hat helpful when it comes to identify a mod.

Mosttimes the only way for a player is to rebuild the modlist and activate at small batches, so he notice early when a mod cause error.
Or deactivate mod (50% methode, deactivate 50% of the mods, reactivate 50% of the inactivate mods...)
But both methodes are timeconsuming, special at larger mod lists.

Since you notice self, from some error's special the XML error's you can get a clue about the mod, or use a part of that error message to search inside the Mods folder for it.

Sorry but to get a error free modlist can sometimes very frustrating.

RawCode

you had installed 151 mod from different authors at once without any compatibility and cross compatibility checks, getting issues is perfectly expected outcome.
It's very similar to minecraft, people just subscribe everything at once and have 30 different types of copper, broken recipes and year long loadtime.

search inside mods folder with notepad++ filesystem search function, missing defs error related to:

missing mods, load order does not matter much because current version perform two runs and will resolve references ever if mods placed out of order
broken mods, if def is wrong game will reject it and any other def that have references to it will throw error (and will be broken too)
