Never ending marriage cermony!!

Hey guys i am doing a play thought and the marriage cermonys never end they never get married either i always have to draft them but once it starts it happends like every 5-10min i think it maybe a mod conflict but i have alot of mods. maybe someone could shed some light or help me with this? thanks

Can you provide me with a save of this behavior happening?

If this occurs in vanilla I would definitely like a save to report and try to reproduce.
