Must-have Mods?

Hello!

I have been messing around with Vanilla for the last month or so, and am close to getting things figured out on perma-death (way more of a rush than just Standard play). I am debating getting into mods now that I have experienced most of the game.

What are some must have mods? I am not thrilled about things that add crazy thematic changes like Samurai or Western stuff. I would enjoy Fallout themed stuff though. More so, I just want more crafting options and customization/accessories.

Anyways, your thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!
