When Loading mods

Every time I try to load any mods it crashes as soon as I try to start or load a file. Is there any way to remedy this? (I've tried with no mods and just 1 mod, same thing happens)

There is not enough information here, if you are having problems loading a single mod, I would delete your RimWorld install and clear out the data found in appdata/locallow/ludeon studios to make sure you have a clean install.
