Work panel real-time highlight

Hello everybody and happy new year !
What about having a tiny, simple upgrade of the Work priorities panel to highlight the box of the actual work each character is currently doing, in real time ?
This would allow to check where someone is stuck and better plan priorities with a 'visual' marker which can be followed on a period.
