[1.3.3074] Restless debuff even when raided recently

> Sent colonist to heal cycle
> Everyone got the restless debuff at some point
> Sent one group to a raid, then another, so everyone except the healing one did raid
> Everyone have the raid buff and debuff at the same time

Don't know if I'm getting the debuff because of this single colonist because -15 per non raider colonist is kinda wild.
She still healing so I can't do anything anyway.

I raided again but with the hole group.

While traveling they didn't have the Restless debuff, but upon arriving at the colony it reappeared.
