Lower-moodlet is Not Changed for Higher-moodlet.
But, only the remaining time is updated.

This bug still occurs even if I consist in 1.2.2900.
Both start No Mods new game and load existing saves.

Easy to reproduce.
New colony, build a room 13x13 all wood wall/floored. Table+stool,chess,billiard,poker all wood give an 55 rating for the room.
Let a pawn eat there.
Then replace the floor,furniture and recreation with gold to get a 200+ rating.
And let the pawn eat again there.
