Hey just a quick question does the full game pack comes with the Royalty DLC or it only includes prototypes?

You must be referring to the Full Game Pack at https://rimworldgame.com/.
It doesn't include the Royalty DLC. But it gives you the prototypes, the Steam-free version and the Steam version.
