More "quests on request" ideas

It would be nice to have some quests on request apart from "AI core location"

Find the location of a family member
Find the location of an ext-colonist
Find a grave of the legendary hero (to be later revived)
Pay to request a random quest with halved rewards value
Locate the faction leader

Some quest that allow to interact with the game state, especially with the historical figures.

I am not sure about reviving an ancient hero thing. But I would really like to be able to pay some silver and get an encounter with ancient danger + some additional threat on the outside.

Also I would really like if factions that are hostile to the empire could spawn additional "Empire outpost" quest locations like the one you get with the Deserter.
