Mod rearm turret basic task

Anyone can make a mod like this? Im tired of my haulers hauling the entire map and leaving the rearming for the literal last task... When their lives are on the line.

Basically the mod would put rearm turrets in the basic task instead of hauling.

Fluffy's WortTab, switch to numbers priorities, and then expand the Hauling category and increase just the prioritiy of Rearm turrets (isn't that at construction too?).
