Level 13 doctor is told it "Cannot excise carcinoma (liver) - need material"

did you allow medicin for that animal or maybe just herbal ?

These operations usually require at least industrialized medicine, and the husky needs to be set to that medicine level for the surgery.  If you are still having issues, please attach a save for me to look at.  You can host saves by zipping them and putting them on google drive or whatever file sharing service you prefer.
