[1.2.2900] Melee weapon stats are displayed incorrectly

When looking at melee weapon stats from the bill editing view, it displays the correct DPS for weapon made from a given material but the rest of the numbers do not have the material modifiers applied. See the attached screenshot for an example. Note how the plasteel longsword has a higher calculated DPS than the steel longsword (as it should), but the damage and attack time are the same.
