Colonist starting to missing

Okay hear me out...

I just playing the game when suddenly one of my pawn are dating his sister which is not supposed to happen. When i check their social menu,apparently their father is gone ?!?.i dont have the mother cause i use edb prepare carefully. This somehow only applied to the male in the social... .can anyone help because im using mercenary mod and i lose 2 of my best combat colonist and marriage seems deleting them after a certain time.. No error only yellow line say they are not deep saved...

Im guessing its the runtimegc that causing this...

It could be that your delete the familiy with runtimegc, as you removed all dead pawn's from the safegame.

But you should stop to ask what mod could cause x issue.
At a hugh modlist it is nearly impossible to say. You need to have excelent background knowledge about the game/mod and such people you rarely find to solve such issues.

Be sure you have no error's at the log after rimworld start is the only thing you can do.
Think if you realy need a mod, does it fit at your list (like musket and hightech altered carbon).
Basicly each mod can increase the chance for a problem later, special when you got many mods that add new mechanics that isn't at the basegame.

You will encounter mosttimes minor problems, that is pretty common at a modded gameplay.
Use the char editor you allready got installed and fix the relationships.
