[1.2] Trooper, Janissary, Cataphract not showing text.

Recently i have acquired Baron then choose my permit for Janissary, i thought it was just the characters condition not being able to show up the text but since i was in the need of help for my colonist to survive i checked it out with dev mode. Everything doesn't show up once i choose 3 of the special permits. I will be resetting my colonist permit and not choose 3 of those for a while until someone helps me for it to be functional.

I am unable to reproduce this in vanilla with no mods.  Perhaps I'm not understanding the issue you are having exactly, if not, I can move this to the modded bug forums.
