Good morning I am new to this recently a friend of mine gave me RimWorld 1.2 and I played it for days and days it is very additive is great so I decided to download some mods to give more variety to the game, in fact I only use 6 mods in total and I had problems, a person told me that maybe here I could find help and so I come to you.

The fact is that since I put the mods the game presents me the following problem when saving.

However this happens after saving in several opportunities example 5 days in the game when trying to save the 6 day I get that error and I have to close the game, the saved game is not damaged or lost detail until the last time saved.

If someone could help me I would be very grateful, since I don't know anything about codes and data.

Note: the image is of the Spanish version since it is the one I use to play the game.

Hi,
did you took a look at the error yourself ?
"Out of memory" mean there isn't enough room at the memory for that operation.
Since it is about saving the game, did you check how many space you got left at your C: partion ?

Since you mention that it appear first once you add some mods. Maybe you use one mod with alot of log spam.
At the area the safegames and configs are, you can find the current and previous logfile called player.log/Player-prev.log.
Button at the options can open the filemanager of that location.
Check if these arn't that big. A few Megabyte are OK, but anything bigger then 50 MB arn't normal.

And btw. when you play with mods, enable developer mode at the options to get access to the log window.
And just for the future, don't use mod's that throw out errors (red text) after activation.

these do not throw error in the registry, I downloaded them in this same page they are in fact from the Red Horse and Harmony section.

player.log/Player-prev.log.
the files are only 17KB

the free space in C: is 10GB

Ok, then it is an RAM out of memory.
I don't think you have very less RAM (below 4 GM) or using the 32bit client ?
But some mod must cause that.
Since you just got 6 mods (and one is harmony so just 5), just try to disable a mod that don't add items to your game and check if it helps.
Maybe install hugslib mod, it is a libary mod that some other mods use too and offer the function to upload the combined modlist+logfile.
Maybe do this with the green "Share log" button at the log window or pressing CTRL-F12 and post the link.
Prefered when you couldn't safe again with the error.

Or without hugslib, just attach the player.log to your answer (you need to use reply to get file attachment options).

Unfortunately my RAM memory was damaged some time ago and I only have a 2GB memory, however I assigned 10GB of the hard disk as virtual memory and I use a removable memory as auxiliary memory of 4GB and it has allowed me to run games that require more capacity without problems.

I use the 32bit version and the game worked without any problems, the problems started when I added the mods, apparently they are the mods of the Red Horse section, since I added the Mega Fauna one and deactivated the others and I had no new problems.

The problem was prolly the 32bit client.
All 32bit got a max. 3.2 GiB RAM usage, more they can't address.
And even you use just a few mod's, these mods was very memory hungry.
Or you played with a very large map on a large world.

Next time you start a colony and want maybe use more mods, you shouldn't play on larger maps/worlds :-)
Ofcouse you can spend some money and buy some cheap RAM and use the 64bit client.

ok because of the pandemic it is very difficult to leave the house and when I can work does not leave me much time but I will buy another memory as soon as I can thanks for the help.
