Recycle mod with option to choose based on material type?

I've been using MendAndRecycle for a while now and have tried every search term I can think of looking for a new mod without success. Does anyone know if there's a mod out there that allows you to set recycling bills based on the material something is made out of? IE, recycle all Hyperweave clothing? Having to micromanage bills and allow to shred the items you want is kind of a pain.
