Time speed control no longer working. Stuck at 1x speed.

Here's my log. So far it seems like no matter what speed I set my game on, it's constantly stuck at 1x. Everything's so slow now.
I tried to clear my saves, using RunTimeGC to clear out unnessary pawns, cleaned out all the filth on the floor, and still nothing.
If anyone knows how to get my time back to normal, so I can speed things up again, that'd be awesome.

Hi,
mosttimes that indicate that there is somewhere someone fighting.
Use the dev tools and try to reveal unkown map parts if you find someone there.

You should check your modlist, many error before you even load a safegame.
Duplicate xml not so worse.
Sounddef just missing sound
but all other i would investigate.
