Performance issues, and the screen ''jump'' when I move the camera

Hi,

I have recently had performance issues,
I know I play with a lot of mods (almost 400), but until recently I had no problem.

I have a good configuration (I7-8700 k, 16gb ram and my game is in a SSD), even I see rimworld use 10gb of memory ! (so if I have more ram that could be help ?)

Today when I play with all these mods I lose a lot of fps when I increase the speed, normally my FPS is 160-180 but when I select a character or item (like a bed) or farming areas my FPS drops to 20-30.

And even without selecting an object, when I move the camera a bit fast my screen ''jump'', without necessarily a drop of FPS, does anyone know where this problem may be coming from?

I tried to find if a single mod was responsible for this but it does not seem to be the case, or I did not find.

I try rocketman's mod without effect, I try dubs analyzer, I don't know how to use it well but I have disabled mods with big problems from their '' shit list '' like '' achtung ''and I dont see really shocking things in the settings but i dont know how many ticks are reasonable for a function?
I try rimpy and rearrange the order of my mods but no effect,

so today I would like to try to bundle multiple mods into one (e.g. one mod for all animals, one mod for all weapons, etc.)
but I don't know if it can be useful or if it's a waste of time?
