[1.3.3052] Fence gate stats seem broken

Compared to a normal door, it seems like the fence gate has the wrong stats loaded:
1. cheaper
2. faster to build
3. same hitpoints
4. faster opening speed

Good catch, I think the hp needs to be tweaked.
