Inventory Management

Hi,

I'm no newbie to Rimworld anymore, but the inventory of my colonists is still a riddle to me. Can I directly manage what they take with them? Any tips and hints about inventory management?

Hi,
the only direct way is to let them drop stuff.
Over the drug policy you can setup if they should carry some drugs.
Beside that, all pawn's will carry some spare meal/food (depend what they prefer).
Animal trainer will carry taming food.

And when a caravan come home, they will carry caravan stuff but normal will drop them at the colony.

Mod's can enhance that feature.
Pickup&Haul let hauler fill their inventory first before they haul stuff with their hands.
SimpleSideArms let pawn's carry multiple weapons.
Smart Medicin basicly like the drug policy, but you can add all kind of items not only drugs and better managment.
