Will there be a discount of Rimworld + Royalty when Ideology launches?

What title says, a friend has been waiting for a discount for quite a while before he finally gets into the game, I just wanted to ask if there will be a discount for Rimworld + Royalty when Ideology launches or maybe a discounted pack with all 3 together?

Discounts for Rimworld are VERY rare. I only have seen one and it was for 3$ only. I think he should just bite the bullet and buy it at full price. Just make sure he buys it at ludeon.com

Another idea is if he really cant afford it he can "obtain" it and buy it properly when he has money.

I think he wanted through steam mostly since it's easier to install mods (just a 1 button click). I borrowed him my account previously and he loved the game so he's been wanting to buy it for a while but it's a bit expensive for him (Game + Royalties and now ideology)
