Request/idea: Hygiene

So all these colonist must be really smelly. They crashland on dirty planet and work up a sweat day and night.
So it might be nice to have a hygiene mod?

Some things that could be added:
-Showers (simple cold-water or hot water with electricity)
-Toilets / Outhouses
-Toothbrushes (bone toothpicks for the cannibals)
-Hairdresserseat / scissors (allows for change of hairstyle)
-Clothes washers

These would affect mood (unless someone knows how to code in a seperate slider for hygiene)
