IDEOLOGY DLC Won't download SOLVED

I have purchased the Ideology DLC on Steam but it will not download, and when I clock the "Manage my 2 DLC" (Royalty and Ideology, both of which were purchased today, only "Royalty" shows a file size. And when I launch Rimworld an Ideology icon appears in the bottom left hand corner but when launching a game it is grayed out and says it is not installed. I have tried verifying files and reinstalling the game.

Took about 45 minutes of waiting but Ideology DLC has installed itself. If you too are having this issue you might just have to wait it out.
