[1.3.3067] Blindfold requires eyes body part

Pawns missing both eyes can no longer wear blindfolds.

I have a moral guide role with a blindfold as required apparel. They can't equip it, however,  citing "missing body parts". Their eyes were removed ritualistically in accordance with their ideology.

At the moment I have to accept either the permanent -4 debuff to mood for missing appropriate clothing, or live with the permanent notification that a blinding ritual is expected of this pawn.

I could understand a blinded pawn not bothering to wear a blindfold, but I'd expect the debuff to go away if that was the intent.

I tested one eye, which could equip the blindfold just fine.

Same for me. It was deemed as fixed but it is still bugged.
